freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice (approximately 2 limes and 2 lemons per 1/4 liter); maintain a 1:1 ratio of lemons to limes for best results

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and limes.
Add the lemon and lime juice to a blender.
Add the sugar to a blender.
Blend on a high speed until the sugar is dissolved in the mixture.
Add the water.
Blend at a low speed until the juice and water combine.
