ground beef
small jars of beef gravy
wide egg noodles
High heat oil
egg
breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Mix together ground beef, egg, and bread crumbs using your hands. Once combined, shape very small meatballs - golf ball sized.
Pour oil into a large pan so the oil completely covers the bottom and turn burner to medium-high heat. Place the meatballs in the hot oil. Rotate the balls until all sides are seared dark brown. This should take 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the beef gravy in a small saucepan over low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Also, start cooking the egg noodles according to the package directions.
Once the meatballs are all seared, place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Then place meatballs into the gravy pot and cover in gravy.
Serve meatballs over the egg noodles. Enjoy!
